Thanks Richie , you are right mate, we got to keep bouncing back up, when we down true.But since my wife died in February, this last 2 months really got me very low, most times I OK, then something trigger me off, it like your emotions all over the place if that makes sense. Do you like sprit more than beer? I used work at banks brewey w-ton for 25 years. Used drink mild, then went on to bitter. I couldn't drink whisky as it get arguments etc, and shove comes to push would use my fists if I had to, and could look after my self. My late wife would stop me from drinking it, was ok on beer etc, but whisky really changed my mind set deff.i dontbrealky drink much now only I can of carlsberg a night, which is nothing is it. Don't think it would work, as you could be posted to different places in the forces , and not get ir put the time into the dog, to work it propley. I might be wrong , would depend on your job in the forces.

I've got one quite bad, but you are right you are supposed to just cut straight across and don't cut the sides.it does work because the nail start too grow to the top of your toe, and not dig in to the side of your toe.you got just let them grow that bit longer, better that than full blown pain with them. Haha ,plus was it norm standard size pool.i used got privately owned pool, about 3/4size of normal pool, used do 12 lengths, so that about 6 lengths and one swimming underwater, now that test your lungs lol
