When Your walking your horse down the road .. and your flourescent kindly says please slow down . horse and ride/ leader .. well what do they do .. they seem to speeed up and get past us as fast as possible .. i had to youngens with me coming up from field back to yard and all these cars go by 40-50mph and ben and rein just spook and push me onto curb and benn was silly and pushed me out to road .. but if they had slowed down that would'nt of happen and btw BTS .. who was the women what she look like ? .. i think i know her .. BlueCoyote 0 Posted May 8, 2009 Report Share Posted May 8, 2009 i would ask to shoot anyway. just dont ask her. and if its brought up what happened, tell them the REAL story. he's likely to see sense even if she doesnt. i've caught my share of loose horses in the past....if mine ever got out i'm not sure if anyone would help catch them or not.... but like someone else stated....... its people like her that cause the rest of us to avoid doing the right thing. and as for people slowing down while riding! i got put in the hospital for that very reason. riding back to the barn, my horse couldnt get there fast enough but i was doing great holding him back at a walk until a huge truck flew up behind us. then my horse jumped forward, i reined him in- reins broke.... and suddenly we're both riding hell bent for leather right beside this damned truck. the driver looking at me like an idiot..... lol i just knew i was going to die that day!
