paddy.t 5
Im wanting to put a drop down door on my trap ive made, but what's the best way to do it.. I thought about making a pressure pad and connecting it to a pin that holds the door up, but with the door beings a solid piece of ply i thought it could be a bit prone to faileing seen as its mainly for pidgeon, so the pad would need to be pritty sensitive. Either that or ill make some bob wires, but would like to use the trap for other things too. Cheers paddy
Holdaway 2
If you use bob wires you can take more than one pigeon at a time mate, a drop down door will only catch once. JohnB from this site sells proper bob wires, PM him and ask for a price. H

H Cheers bud, as you fit the bob wires on the inside, i could make a bracket on the outside to hold the drop down door and just put it in when i need it...
