BeddyxGrey 1st Night on the lamp

Recommended Posts

Took my BeddyxGrey pup Jen out for her first lamping session last night, she is now 9 months and has been doing retrieves with on the lamp with a dummy for a while, thought I would give her some easy young un's to get her going  however she took 3 decent sized ones and left the young alone ;) she missed a few to start with, but never pulled up or showed any sign of frustration at all, she went into cover when needed.

Im really proud of her 8) , the months of training have been a pleasure, as she seems really intelligent and Im a novice to lurchers but not dog training and hunting. Whilst out excersising she has taken daytime rabbits put up by herself and our terrier (he's the real trainer :clapper: ), I have high hopes for her next season, she may make me a top allrounder, and if not she is a top class pet and shooting companion anyway, kids love her to bits

Hello mate, Jens still very puppyfied in the home, but switches on whilst out. Lee who owns the sire has been working away, but is now back so I should catch him soon for the pics and info you where interested in  would be nice to see some more pics of jens sister, my little girl and wife loved the last ones, atvb Richard
