hi all. we (the family) are going for a week holiday to in may and was wondering if anyone knows of anywhere to go for a morning/evening/full day boat trip nearby?

 

any imformation would be much appreciated.

hi try mevagissey im going at the end of may and june wreck fishing ,but i think you can take small boats out from the harbour for makrelling which is great for the kids

porthleven mate, they do day trips but u have 2 book i think.

 

ok cheers. are there any good gun/tackleshops around porth? we havne been down for at least 6 or 7 years.

we used to book one of the flats on above porth beach. (the end with the stream that comes from under the big rock)

yeah there a fishing tackle shop in porthleven and theres a gun shop and tackle shop in helston, 4 miles from porthleven,

I always book my trips before i go through www.deepsea.co.uk. Just find the area you want and call the skipper. I fish mainly weymouth and now plymouth and dartmouth and the website seems to turn something up.

 

yeah.. whats the name of the boat u go from weymouth? my dad and a few other people we know all go out for daytrips sometimes.

 

the skippers called paul and the boats called Offshorerebel

ok the parks called newquay holiday park. its near to perth beach (thats the nearest beach to the park)

 

but we will be willing to travel a few miles to get the best fishing/skipper/price.

There will be loads of info on the holiday park. There's several coarse lakes around you as well but for sea, try these.
