if your mate is breeding so he can keep a pup back then unless he knows friends that know your dogs worth and that can home them dont breed because they'll end up being swapped for ferrets or feck knows what else... a hotch potch of breeds in a litter of lurcher pups doesnt really appeal to anyone flickin through the free ad papers in search of a pup.... and alot of the litter your mate is planning will probably look like greyhounds with one or two exceptions... if he is intent on bringing on a lurcher pup he needs to know what he wants to use it for and what ground he will be running it on... the ground i lamp on usually requires something with a top gear so i quite like a 3/4 greyhound 1/4 terrier or something over the half.... does he work the greyhound bitch???? is she any good???

keep in mind she could throw up to 10 pups as well

The greyhound bitch is worked and does very well for a greyhound. she is one of those once in a lifetime dogs for stamina she takes a few runs in a night.
