greyhound in season

Recommended Posts

My mates greyhound is in season and he has asked if he could put my dog over her, just wondering if there would be much interest in this sort of pup as it will be a cross i have not come across before.

sire alsation/collie X whippet/greyhound Dam pure greyhound

pups would be 5/8ths greyhound

1/8th whippet

1/8th collie

1/8th alsation

opinions appreciated.

if the parents are both good workers then why not, ? the best allround working lurcher i have sein is a dog called asbo, , dam, rotty x lab, , sire, whippet x greyhound x beddy greyhound, by the way it was accident, but a f*****g good one by that, the dog looks more like a alsation cross.

Must of been 2 accidents to get the rotti x lab lol i agree as long as they good grafters shouldnt matter, but breed for the right reason :victory:

TOO CROSS OR NOT TO CROSS THAT SEEMS TO BE THE QUESTION

well you will get so many people as already saying why..

an alsation rottie cross :icon_eek::icon_eek:

all you have to do is ask your self is the sire a good dog?

is the bitch proven?

if so then go for it...

one of the best dog iv had was a some sort of beagle sross is all i could call her but not sure what was in her :icon_redface:

she was small too 20 tts...

but caught 30+ rabbits on the lamp andkilled foxes without getting marked for fun...

ya ya ye will say a dog has to get marked when taking fox but were not talking about grab anywhere and hold on bullx.s here...

even though not the most exciting dog iv owned but by far the most intelligent bitch iv owned...

she didnt even look like a lurcher....

what im trying to say is if you think it will make good dogs in doing this cross then go for it..

too many people wanting the bullx look or the saluki look and out of some line or the other :thumbdown:

too many know it alls that dont know nothing...

if you really believe then there,s no point of the question......
