jeterrier 4
well i have to say what a great day out we had at harewood.the racing was absolutly superb, the turnout was great. i couldnt believe the effort and the attention to detail the dog guys and girls put into the show. the atmosphere was brillient the lurcher classes were massive with 15 and 20 dogs in some classes. enjoyed the main arena displays that were all hunting and sporting related. this is how shows used to be and alot of organisers could take a leaf out of yorkshires book terriers and lurchers treated like a main attraction and not a after thought. very well done to all involved. could have done with some sun cream though im burnt to a crisp. forrest 12
Thanks for the compliments about the show guys. The real thanks go to the people who worked hard both days in the sun to bring it all together. The stewards were fantastic and coped brilliantly with large numbers and hot weather as did the person selling raffle tickets. The racing team were great as was the catering team looking after us all. Thankyou also to the judges who both days produced one of the best displays of lurcher and terrier judging i have ever seen. The sponsors also played their part with generous donations and thankyou very much to Mr Hubery who gave a smashing double terrier box and a limited edition ferret box. Hope you all had a good couple of days. Thanks to you all.

Thanks, We were run off our feet over the two days, up at 5 and we didn't get packed away until 8.30pm both days. I've been up since 5.30 this morning sorting through Sundays photo's and i've just uploaded the last of them. It's the same for tomorrow with Mondays photo's too. It's the largest event we've covered to date and Nathan was a real star. Myself and Lisa took over 6000 photo's over the 2 days. I should just about get them online before my next event on Sunday!!! It's the best Gamefair i've been to, It's nice when the organisers make the lurcher and terriers the main attraction. The trophies and rosettes were second to none.
