Update on my You tube pest! Laresn

As a few of you know I posted a few weeks ago needing some help with someone on you tube, well he's still at it, and I've run out of patience with being bothered to reply now. This is how the last thread has gone.... funny, he think I'm a bloke Is trapping a man thing only is it? How do you make some one understand that you dont trap for the pure hatred of a species, but for the control of a pest bird that is very strong in the food chain. Also I marvel at how a larsen works, a simple but effective contraption.

 

Someone marked the latest thread as spam so it is hidden unless you "unhide" the comments marked as spam....

Hi tony, sorry for the delay but i'm still about & will answer all. You are quite right about the licence but you neglected the rest of the post that most would see as (bullshit) Your a guy that loves songbirds & takes necessary measures to combat this predation privately but uploads a poor video of a magpie in a cage.You give the impression your just the normal run of the mill guy who cares about his birds, but in reality your a liar . Why would you post this?

Hi, yes- poor quality vid, as it was taken on my phone... Magpie in a cage - no... In the first second of the vid a magpie is caught in the left chamber of the LARSEN. I barley had time to switch to record, and thats why the capture is hard to spot. Normally no one witnesses these traps working, and the "point of capture" remains unseen. It was the first time I'd seen one caught and was glad to see it working so efficiently.

I wish I did have the facilities to produce a like video.

 

The larsen I own and operate is fully legal, and I care for the call bird and caught magpies as is legally required, (ie, food, water, shelter) and take pride in the small part I play in Magpie control.

Forgive me If I dont reply to any more of your comments, its just you and your posts are becoming increasingly boring.

Amazing toni, "Nobody normally witnesses these traps working" A bird descends into a cage & is trapped. You really are quite pathetic & unrealistic to think thats a reasonable answer. Your not man enough to admit you have a deep seated hatred for Magpies that goes way beyond songbirds. For any grown man to upload such an unworthy & pointless video suggests your suffering from little man syndrome, but you can't recognize it. Your other remarks were quite innocuous, more befitting to a teenager.
