camies 1 Posted April 30, 2009 Report Share Posted April 30, 2009 How old is he? Young dogs needs company and physical contact for reassurance after being in a 'family'. Is he left on his own for long periods of time? If so he could be bored, can you take him with you or leave him with someone. Suggest dog toy of ball with loose treats inside which he has to work on to get a reward. Could you consider getting another dog for company for him Could something or someone be disturbing him (I'm thinking ultrasound dog deterrant, loud music, noisy fridge, traffic noise??) If his run is outside, is there a chance that rats or mice are nearby, the smell will drive him potty. Some dogs get anxious because they can hear things but not see them.
