Dog with a little bleeding from behind

Recommended Posts

I noticed a few fresh tiny spots of blood on the floor of my dogs bed a few minutes ago, I checked her over and she had a very tiny spot right in below the top of her tail, I think the blood came from in there as there was some on the cotton wool I dabbed her with, Shes in great health, eating, jumping and Ive had her out walking twice today, with no trouble, I will take her to the vet tomorrow, But I wanted to have a check on to see if anyone might know? I hope its nothing too bad.

it is a season then , you count today as the first day and will need to keep her away from males for at least 3 weeks now, 4 weeks if possible , the blleding could be just spots of blood or quiet heavy, be prepared , cover sofa and any areas that cant be washed down , covered with old towels throws etc

should a male get to her in this time take her to your vets for an anti mating jab , when the male get the female they will be "tied" his penis will swell inside and hold him in her and it can take a good time for the swelling to subside and him to withdrawn, be aware!! do not pull apart it could rip her inside and will be very painful , my advice is only lead exrcise her and DO NOT let any dogs even sniff her , it can happen in seconds
