has anyone while out hunting ever spotted a big cat, such as a panther, puma etc.id like to know cheers

My sister breeds Persian cats and they're pretty big  when our Stella was younger I used to take her running with me and so I guess a Rottie at full tilt with all the froth could have been the "Beast of Brechfa" if ever there was one :drink:

I'm sure a leopard cub was shot on Dartmoor in the early 80's. I don't think its aload of bull. Think about it in the late 70's they introduced the dangerous animal license making it illegal to own a big cat without one. It was fasionable in the 60's & 70's to own one when the licence was introduced what happened to all the big cats.Thats right off to the nearest moor and kick it out. There is a vast amount of evidence to back up the stories everything from crap to carcasses. No i've never seen one but i'd like to.cheers

:clapper: steady on wi the insults , dick head ;) i can play them games aswell :D . you may well of seen one. as they are big cats kept in private collections ,zoo's ect. and no doubt some by one way or another have been liberated over the years, but people suggest active breeding population :D bullshit. i still think that big cats roaming and getting by today in our countryside is crap. i know a couple a huntsmen, a fair few gamekeepers up and down the country and none have ever seen anything.. and myself get out'n' about a fair bit and have never seen hide nor hair of one. they are for me an urban bullshit legend. i did however shoot a well endowed yeti last week wi ma gat gun. dropped him in his track's :D;)

tosser :clapper:
