So there I was this avo, talking to my aunty about my 2 yo filly, leaning on the fence and feeding the filly some carrots.... We were chatting away and she said, "oh you got a goat now too?" ... "No" I said, so she asked, "Well whats that then?" .....

Down the bottom of the paddock behind the electric tape was a deer... After I stopped myself squeeling :rolleyes: I managed to run back to the house to get the camera, and snap these few shots... It wasn't easy, having a horse nudging and biting my elbow at the same time as trying to focus, and if I'd had a better zoom lens these could have been cracking.... He did come out through the fence to oblige a few nicer shots infront the wire too, before Lana coosed him out her paddock :)

What sort of deer is too please?

Hehe, sorry there's so many, but ths is only about the 4th time I've ever seen a wild deer, and it was a very special moment :icon_redface:

good pics //looks a good roe buck that......the only stags in the deer family in britain are sika and red . :victory: ..fallow... chinese water deer ...and muntys.... roe are called bucks ...the males that is....well aleast i then muntys are.... :secret: ...hard to tell how old it is did you get a look at its teeth,. :clapper::clapper:
