arveyboy 0
i bought some yesterday. £4 cheaper than the rest of the stuff and they shoot consistently sub 1/2 MOA so they'll do for me Quote Link to post
elvolcan 0
they shoot consistently sub 1/2 MOA so they'll do for me mine too easy Quote Link to post

Deker 3,478
I think this one has been round before...I've just bought 1000 of them at the "old" price to beat the increase and not fired one yet, still usieng up the red tips...but the labels are different.....hope they shoot as well!! The MkII tale sounds favourite to me, the RFD I got mine from told me they just mixed the pigment colour wrong Quote Link to post
quicksilver 0
it wasnt that RFD that was saying that you needed to allow for the curvature of the earth when shooting a hmr Quote Link to post
THE POACHER 13
if you dont mind me asking what are you lads paying for a box of 50 rds Quote Link to post

arveyboy 0
ive used an assortment including Remington, CCI, Federal and Hornady and the Hornady blue tips were by far the cheapest. £8. for 50 compared to £12.75 for most of the other brands. At one point i had to pay £15 a box which i really wasnt happy with. bloody expensive but they needed buying Quote Link to post
THE POACHER 13
i thought the blue tips were about the cheapest but to my astonishment i payed 15 quid a box of 50 so god knows what the price of the red tips were and this was from neath gun shop so if theres any local lads on here who use them i wouldnt reccomend you go to this shop really expensive ill go else where next time this was the first and surely it was the last Quote Link to post
quicksilver 0
I paid £88 / 500 which equates to £8. /50, the most I have paid for them is £10, Quote Link to post
Deker 3,478
I don't get this.....I just paid £220 for 1000 Blue tips and that was a good deal my way. Just found some "old" Remington in a RFD and got all he had (200) for £40 a cracking deal. I had always been able to get reasonable deals in my area but it seems just about everywhere else is doing better now!! latest price I have seen on Hornady is £18 for 50 Quote Link to post
