cant imagine paying 60 odd quid for anything that does the same,this time the chinese copy wins my vote and im usually only convinced by a name with quality behind it ;)

 

I'll second that. I had one of these a while back that i bought off of Ebay, and fitted to my old FN19. It was a fantastic bit of kit. My only gripe (and its a small one) was that the thumb screw that secures the bipod to the stud on the stock would work loose after a while causing the bipod to become a little loose too. I'm sure a permanent fix could be devised with a few simple tools but i can't comment now as i sold the rifle :(

The easy fix for that is:

 

Stick two strips of this black neoprene draft excluder tape to the sides that touch the stock of the rifle and when you have tightened the screw up just give it a bit more with some pliers .... sorted.

there is a neoprene pad on the side that meets the stock on this one so they must of figured that one out ;)

 

The barstewards are nicking my ideas :angry: :angry:
