skinned a fox well the back of a fox and ive put it in a big tub with white spirit inside how meny weeks dose it take to cure the skin??

when i was doing my fox brush, i left it there about a week, just shaking it about in it everyday,

people say 6 weeks or so, but mine has been fine since i did it and that has been a few months ago now,

spose longer you leave it, the fresher it will get ?

all i do if doing a small skin or a brush is leave it to dry and that seems to work fine, ive had my fox brush for about a year and it doesnt smell of has any hair dropping off but a fox skin may want leaving for about 3-4weeks just to make sure
