diggerman 0
What would Nicks ideal digging dog be like? Did he ever produce a dog that he thought, this is the one? And did it produce dogs of the same ability? Quote Link to post

That's the only sensible thing you've sayed yet,and why did you pm nick talking shit ? pm and lets have a name, or a dog you actually know or is everything you say bullshit. Nick only bred a limited amount of litters, not the stupid amounts that other well known people have produced,so for the amount of real grafters he produced he must of had something special. Before i get the brown tongue shit i can tell you in ten years of knowing nick i have only had three terriers of him...one i gave back the next day...one died within the week " parvo"...the other i gave him back after her first seasons work,a nice bitch that belonged in hunt service and i no longer had enough fox work at that time. Lets be honest welshhill you sound like you at least know the breed, ten or so years ago you would of crawled from that valley on broken glass just to beg for one. Guest THE BEATNICK
THE PIC WITH THE FOUR CHOCS IN IT, WHAT ARE THE NAMES OF THE CHOCS THANKS WHY ???? I was just wondering if they were the terriers he has on couples in the pix thats in the book terriers and terriermen, because i know where two of them were bred. Quote Link to post
J Darcy 5,871
Come on lads....a bit less of the silly bickering....Cheers JD THREAD TIDIED. Quote Link to post
EARTOTHEGROUND 1
The mans come on here with his real name which is fair play . The smart arxes behind the keyboard ask yourself this , have you or did you ever have your own line of dogs ,if so ,which i doubt was there good and bad in that line, was it difficult to keep the line right ,bottom line is the man has his own line which produced some decent dogs from what ive been told ,how many of the computer experts can say the same ? Problem with this game is to many fxcking know alls who know fxck all and genuine terrier men and there dogs are hard to find.In my opinion its easy to see why lads like him get pissed of and fed up with the game . Im sure if anyone has any questions about his dogs they can pm the fella as anyone that has given most of his life to terrierwork and his OWN line of dogs deserves better than being attacked by keyboard warriors on an open forum . 1 Quote Link to post
Guest busterdog
Come on lads....a bit less of the silly bickering....Cheers JD THREAD TIDIED. Well sayed J D , The dogs that nick has in the book he bred mate,no doubt he will tell you himself. Most of you boys who have got dogs of this line, you have only got dogs that have limited % of nicks blood,i don't mean any disrespect, but how can anyone knock a dog for being bred this way or that way if the man himself had no control over what was being used, would nick have used the dogs or bitch's you used or your mates used, you get the idea. diggerman 0
What would people consider a stevens line? To me if it aint bred in the mans yards or directly out of dogs from his yard then it aint his line anymore. Quote Link to post
Kye 77
choclate dog is a nice stamp off a dog? is it hard? would you compare a coon to a red fox or angry vixen? are the similar?? Sorry for the late reply,... No, the Choc dog is not hard mate...but he gets the job done, and he heels like Jesus,...never let me down, and i would work the dog infront of anyone,...the black dog is his son, and he is the bigger one... A coon is much tougher animal than a fox, in general...it takes a good dog to finish one, that is for sure,...they are a critter to be respected, and are formidable imo... Kye,... Quote Link to post
Guest busterdog
Is this the same Kye that G.M dropped with the cattle prod in vegas ? Quote Link to post
Tiff 36
LOL yes it is, I still laugh at Kye about that, he looked so surprised that it was so powerful what the f' did he expect? It was a damn CATTLE PROD! Every time we see one anywhere it makes me laugh at him again, I can still see him down on the floor looking up at everyone  I always wonder if anyone else did that in that feed store, or if it was just the "Temple", Kye, GM and the scouse that did things like that? it was the same thing when a geordie lad we had staying with us to train as a boxer, we had a blow gun that we used to shoot pigeons off the wall, Kye said something about trying it out, even handed it to him (not thinking to say take the needle off, just leave the plastic end on), so the lad actually shot the full metal dart! It was sticking out of the back of Kyes neck I think, and the look on his face was pretty much what it was like when he was laying on the floor in the feed store after the cattle prod incident ... classic and typical Kye! We had another friend there staying when this all happened, and not knowing the pair of them really well, he could not believe what he was seeing ... I'm used to it by now though not much surprises me anymore, but I could still fill a book with stories about things hes done or had done to him Quote Link to post
Tiff 36
Why don't you chaps use your real names ? I had tried to be part of to moderation team of a US forum that required the use of real names, no "handles", and the number of people who complained or wouldn't join was surprising to me ... people seemed to be comfortable"thinking" that they are anonymous, even though everyone normally knows who they are Quote Link to post
