shottyscotty 3 Posted April 26, 2009 Report Share Posted April 26, 2009 hi ive shot loads of pigeon and there now in the freezer and was looking for some help with what to make them into. ive fry them and eat them with salad and balsamick vinager like mark gilcrist says to but i can only eat so much like that. any one know any good recipies? I bought a mincer from lidl 4 years ago mince them and use just like beef mince chilli lassangna spag bol etc i also make sausages with them chorizo as well yum yum Quote Link to post Share on other sites

mole17 1 Posted October 5, 2010 Report Share Posted October 5, 2010 I marinate mine for a few days in crushed chilli and garlic that you can buy in a grinder, a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper, and a splash of tobasco for a few days then fry it quickly in the mix tastes great!
