tomandroz 0
Hi, I ran a 98 terrano (nissan - variant of the maverick) commercial for three years, from my experience it was a good work horse, a little thirsty on the diesel front, but reliable, and when I had finished with it, I had covered over 70,000 miles in the three years. The other thing I would add, is that it did tend to wear tyres out fairly quickly. But all in all, it proved to be an honest, reliable work horse. I hope this helps !?! tomandroz 0
thanks tom there saying i wil get about 27 mpg ? Hi, That would not be a bad guess, it should be there or there abouts on the MPG front. Cheers, Tom
shell 42
We had an L reg swb diesel a few years back... it was brilliant! Loved it. Only had one thing go wrong with it in 3 years of having it, and that was the heater matrix. As someone else said... honest and reliable workhorse! We only got rid of ours because we got chance of a navara pick up at reasonable money, and the Maverick was getting a bit small for 2 big lurchers, 4 Border Terriers, and a child! The Terrano and the Maverick are the same thing, just different badges on them. I'd have another. Shell
