first day time bunnies

Recommended Posts

my 9 month old pups caught there first day time bunnies this week.

they have both caught in the beam before now and are doing well at that

i like to get them used to night time work first.

the fawn pup had 3 rabbits and retrived them all :clapper:

her sis is faster and over shot many on the turn, and lost ground

she got 1 eventually but just pinned and crunched it :icon_eek:

im shure this is out of fustration she retrives spot on normally.

cheers ,

yes ,we go out in the eve and and stop before dark

in the right places you can always get a run

we cover alot of ground fast ,my dogs are only pups so if they hunt up

it would be out of controll, also i can give them the right runs on the slip

and this week they both did well.

if i mooch local to home i do let them hunt up in the right places

because they have a limit to where they can go.
