That's a male tench at 6 1/2 pound and the theory is that the females grow on average double the size of males in any given water, so that means where you're fishing has got the potential to throw up a double figure Tench, and i'm sure theres that many waters in the country capable of that.

 

Well done mate keep it up, make your next photo a double figure tench.
