Hannah4181 260 Posted April 27, 2009 Report Share Posted April 27, 2009 Sardines in tomato sauce a whole can 3/4 times a week, excellent for skin, coat and joints. . . . . .and as an added bonus the tomato neutralise the acid in a bitches urine and stop nasty brown patches on your lawn!
