socks 32,253 Posted June 9, 2006 Report Share Posted June 9, 2006 point out that ALL of this is down to them ... they should be offering you an upgrade out of courtosy ... if they dont compensate you to your satisfaction tell them you will seek legal advice and you will go to the media ... nobody like bad publicity ... if you dont get any6 sence from the shop ask for the number of the area manager which they have to give you by law .......
