OldNog 432
To much to young perhaps? Did you drop her in at the end of a dig much before she done the job on her own? Quote Link to post
Guest jt750
11 months old ...too much too soon methinks...Give her a long rest from fox and try her again next year she might forget what put her off but likely hood is she'll not go to ground again in a hurry Quote Link to post
FELL TYPE 56
at eleven months old she was probably too young give her a good rest and try her again next season leave her tied up for the first couple of digs and when shes nice and keen let her have a go then Quote Link to post

jamie2004live 163
agree with everyone but some start well get nipped a few times and dont like it. not all terriers make the grade!! Quote Link to post
dev 226
sounds like she knows what life is like underground and its not for her, IMO leaving her a year probably wont make any difference.she doesnt want it by the sound of things, i think you will have the same problem when ever you decide to take her back out. it doesnt look good mate. big yin 3
eveyone brings there young uns on different but personally i cant see anything to gain by showing a young dog the end off a dig, if its going to ground why not let it enter from the start in an easy earth? Quote Link to post
