Worked well for me to get my call bird Quote Link to post

john b 38
i tried that but i returned the next day and a egg had been took out and smashed open. Could someone have done that rather than a bird ? If not keep trying and move the 'nest' about a bit so that any visitor is more likley to tip the trigger. What sort of trigger was it on yours maty ? One with a perch that collapses ? maty j 6
wouldnt of thort its a person john, the trap wasnt that easily seen unless your looking for it plus it was at the side of my chicken pen. people walk along the other side of the river about 100-150yds away but the trees on the edge of my garden have all allmost got full leaves so couldnt really see. no one comes round by our house usually as theres only 1 house split into about 4 and not much else there. the egg had been broken in the trap as there was remnances of it in the bottom, yolk and the white but the shell was on the outside of the trap?? yup its the perch that collapses and door flips upwards.
