frost 4 Posted April 28, 2009 Report Share Posted April 28, 2009 I was at this show and have been regularly for many years now and have to say the organizers i.e polecat etc. run it exceptionally well even though at times this cracking wee show does not always get the turn out it deserves and personally i have never seen any cheating. At the end of the day for me and probably most people it's a day out and a chance for a bit of banter and if i get a roseette well thats a bonus as i am more interested in my dogs doing their jobs but there always seems to be the minority who don't take the not winning a rosette particularly well On the day Keano's big lurcher deserved to win by a country mile and more power to him and i would personally bite his hand off if he ever decided to sell him as he is a belting looking animal so nikon learn to take these shows as they are meant as a bit of fun for lads whose dogs have worked hard all season and are now enjoying some well earned rest. polecat 1 Posted April 29, 2009 Report Share Posted April 29, 2009 its just some folks cannot get the idea out of there small narrow minds that there was wrong doing at show now 2 judges that come from diffrent ends of britian happen too pick keanos terrier best in show worker and lurcher also a worker best in show what a result on the day winning both so for any douters come along and see the next show like i said keano if your up for it and anyone that had a go at the way show was run judge the other ring be it terriers or lurchers cant say fairer than that and i will make sure that the stewards are guys with over 60 year experence in the rings with you,se and see fair play Quote Link to post Share on other sites

towzadog 0 Posted April 30, 2009 Report Share Posted April 30, 2009 [bANNED TEXT] lads i was at the show with the english guy that put that post on and i never seen any wrong doin i thought it was a good day and a fair show but if thats wat he thinks i personally was there for the crack wae the lads not 2 take the showing side off things to serious so thanks to polecat and the judges for a good day As if bengi u little arse licker you was watchin me post the comments on YOUR computer and you turn around and post that reply. I never had any dogs at the show myself and i never said anything about any bodys dogs that did win i expressed my view and have read the replys evry one is entitled to an opinion, and bengi you was questioning the judge's desision about your rough hair bitch when she got a second out of two dogs in the rough haired bitch cagtory because she got beat by a smooth bitch. Evry good hunter knows its not about rosetts its about what you bring back from the fields in the winter time and believe me bengi you come back empty handed 9 times out of 10 and you know us boys always produce the goods.
