andy s410c 59
Don't know what the stalking is like however the nightlife is a bit "frisky" :vava: :vava: We had a overnight stay mid 90's on HMS Newcastle we gave as good as we got but some of the locals were out for a fight as soon as they seen strange englishmen in their pubs :aggressive: Quote Link to post
Gimli 0
Not been deer stalking there but it ranks among the most unappealing, rough and generally unfriendly towns I've been to. I'd agree with Andy's comment - the English are not popular. The pubs are basically boxing rings with a bar. I stayed in a cotttage near there on holiday. Saw lots of wild Roe Deer, especially in strips of woodland or thick reeds along the loch shore. Quote Link to post
