Cheap Bi or Tri Pod Alternative?

I just wondered if anybody can recommend an alternative to an expensive bi or tri pod.

I'm a bit short of cash right now.

Cheers mate just ordered a couple off ebay, cheap as chips

try the green coated metal poles from homebase or whatever, ty two together to make a X shape but obviously to the hieght you want, and you can even get another pair and use it to support th stock if you tye it to the bottom of the other pair supporting the barrel

 

 

if not try DEBEN bipod just like the harris but half the price

this is all i made up a quid for the tripod of a bootsale and a roll of camoform tape nothing special but it does me when im snipeing rats at long range
