shottyscotty 3 Posted April 17, 2009 Report Share Posted April 17, 2009 Probally shooting my self ,, Funny but man it was scary and hurt Was just messing around with my old BSA Lightning , Just shooting things and accedently shot this rubber thing in one of the trees in the back garden and before i knew it it had rebounded and came straight back into my eye :sick: And that was it,, i was on the floor,, droped the gun and crawling around my house with no vision, trying to find the phone ,, then going of to BEH,,(Bristol eye hospital) Now a few months After with alot of treatment and ops and shit and not being able to see out of either eye what so ever for a few days,,, i can only just see out of it So i ended up selling the gun and having nout to do with airguns thanks to that experence. shot myself in the feckin foot with my smk b2 i cloesd up the barrel to fire it and as it was pointed at my foot it went off. hit the bone but because the pellet came out i never went to the doctors and the cut healed and it didnt hurt after that. i think you should give up shooting. i know about the rebound thin because when i was 13 i tried to burst a tire with my air rifleand it came back and hit me in the face.. i once broke my tail bone,fractured my ribbs and broke my leg in one moterbike crash Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I feel for you mate, i got a paper cut on my eye ball a couple of years back and that was agony for days, and pain killers don't touch it. Still plays up now and then. Ratreeper 441 Posted April 17, 2009 Report Share Posted April 17, 2009 i've had birds of prey grab me, ferrets bite me, been shot in the back of the knee with an air rifle, had cigarettes put out on me dozen times, broken my tail bone, cracked a rib so i couldn't breathe-in without stabbing pain...but the only thing thats made me really yell with pain is f*****g cramp. The worst cramp imaginable all down my leg and foot for about 30 mins was more than i could handle, never felt anything like it and never had since. My leg hurt for 3 months after....hurts to think about it. but what really hurt was when i asked out cara brett when i was 11 and she said yes...changed her mind 5 mins later.....OUCH Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I did that twice in 12 months , and even now it makes me cringe thinking of it . jimmy0211 2 Posted April 17, 2009 Report Share Posted April 17, 2009 cut my foot open on a piece of glass or nail, got a stone thrown at my eye and cut just underneath it, drilled into my thumb in DT, pushed a wooden box thing with lizards in with my knee and a sticking out nail went into my knee, cut my hand on a magnet thats like a car aerial, walked into loads of to-hitches, one night out lamping we stopped in a lay-by and i got out, fell off the curb (sounds stupid i know but it hurt my knee) and then walked into the to-hitch straight away lol Quote Link to post Share on other sites
