Lightforce lamps

Will these ltle torches last a full night vin, or should i say how long will the batteries last .

the other thing is , lampers have always strived to get tight beams of light. but i wonder if you could go to tight. you see when using the light force , and you flick round a field you see lots of rabbits in the edges of the beam. and even when the dog is running you will notice one out the corrner of your eye in the edge of the beam, sat tight that you may run next.

also when the dog is running at the farthest edge of the beam , it would be very easy to compleatly loose the dog and quarry if there wernt i little bit of periferal light.

any way look forward to you findings , cheers TOMO

spot on TOMO...i was thinking that also.... the beam is so tight it makes it very different to normal lamping..its perfect for gun work..especially the Tiablo.. but i think the dog needs a bit of spread to see where its going and whats around it etc etc.

you can adjust the beam and spread but that decreases the throw..

I still think that if you have a good well trained dog on the lamp (especially one that picks up sitters going round the beam etc etc) you would have a tool thats capable of being the best bit of poaching kit.

its tricky getting beamshots of lamps at night when your not supposed to be where you are.

i will go into the local park one night soon and take some vids of the different beams and you can all make your own mind up .
