Can't remember the name of the beach but it's just outside St Davids you turn off down by the tourist info place and go down the road as far as you can to the car park by the caravan site, ggo left and walk round past the beach on the coast path, past the cliff you walk close to and on the left hand side of the headland is a ledge thats not to hard to get to.Here i've had 10lb+ bullhuss from the shore in the daytime more than once, seen plaice, flounder caught as well as pollock and makeral.Porthliski(cant spell it properly) has some good mullet in the harbour and round the rocks by the harbour your'll pull in bass and makeral,if you go up the hill past the harbour you pass a farm on the left.Behind the farm is a little cove that at low tide can produce some cracking bass,i used to pick spuds there every year and watched a lad fish it for 3 days after work and blank then he fished on the fourth and came in trumps with 4 fish with the smallest being 8lb.Got to say lads that coast is the best fishing i've ever seen and i'm gutted that i may not fish it this year, can't be bothered with the north sea,it looks like shite and fishes like shite.

I picked on a farm up by the rugby club(maybe Graham?) and a farm(can't remember his name) at the top of the hill past porthliski harbour thats now a caravan site,i was with the hippy travellers(for want of a better description)that went most years and parked up there whilst working.Only a small number of pickers there really so could well have met you there sometime, just remembered another farm we did a bit on and guess what i can't remember his name either but he was a dairy farmer as well and was over near white sands on the little coast road.If i could move back today mate i would be on my way, wonderfull piece of countryside and coast for sure.

Not sure if i got the name right mate, you go through St Davids and turn left at the cross in the center of town(or city by rights) it's the little harbour at the bottom of the hill you go down with a ramp way into the sea and a car park on your right.

u heard about monkston point down ur neck of the woods?

Monkstone is close to Saundersfoot. ;)

Not bad fishing there on the right tide. There's another good little spot close to it, by the name of Piss Rock on the account of a stream pissing out of the cliff! :D

Brilliant fishing at Monkstone on the right tide but lots of schoolies, Caerfai is well underrated but unfortunately you can't reach the best spots from the shore, shot loads of bass heading back towards St Davids from the campsite, the cliffs are too steep to get down and rod and line them out. The isolated rock at the other side of the bay (away from St Davids) has the biggest Bass but also the fewest, I've taken them to 6lb in the slack water just round the point but seen them just into double figures there as well.
