jigsaw 11,890
just 5 months scent and i still havent walked it on a lead yet,it freaks out when i try to get it walking,i have it out the forestry 3-4 times a week and have had it in designated walks to socialise it with other dogs and people,i will have to go at the pace i think its comfortable with but its not at all as outgoing as im used to.Its a bitch snoopdog but it has white on its tail and a blaze on its chest and a white tip on 3 of its paws, but 100% pure salki.1st time having a saluki so its a learning process for both of us.as im on the subject are the salukis a bit laid back and slow compared to the lurcher? Not sure what to expect but shes a very wary pup,not into loads of pampering or affection,1 rub and a kind word and that her sorted. spookster1 24
really nice looking pup, all the best with him i didn't realise you could get full saluki all black with white chest(thought thw were black/tan/white). I have a rescue with the exact same markings thought he was a cross because of the colouring. Quote Link to post
