correct me if im wrong but i thought a greyhound was part of the make up of a lurcher, so why do people keep saying "greyhound x lurcher" what is the lurcher bit :wallbash: apart from that a bedlington whippet greyhound mite be the cross for you

you wont go wrong for most type of lurcher on rabbits , most will do the job , most certainly some may cope better than others , but all depending on what the ground is like you hunting ect , big feilds , small feilds , ect ....

a few * rabbiting dogs*

whippet -

whippet x bedlington -

whippet x greyhound -

collie x greyhound -

collie whippet -

a mixture of dogs such as saluki greyhound x collie greyhound put to collie greyhound , also known as * heinz 57* type lurchers , abit of everything thrown in , will also do ,

plenty of lurchers and lurcher breedings to choose from , best option is choose whats right for yourself and your ground , not what the local * trend* is at the moment ....

good luck with your search

all best

Just going on wat my first lurcher was over 30years ago a grey/collie/grey/beddy but a grey/whipp/beddy would probabley suite you their not as tepremental as a saluki or collie cross but thats onley my opinion based on exspeiriance. atvb
