It's alway's sad to loose someone but when a heart attack strikes' it's a big shock..my dad died some year's ago at the same age as your pal and to make matter's worse it was on my 14th birthday..

Keep your chin up mate times will get better but never forgotton..

lost a mate about 2 months ago through heart attack, he was getting dressed for work and next thing he was gone! 33 years young he was and a really really tidy guy. One thing is though he didn't suffer. I've lost 3 mates in the last few years all really young. You'll always have your memories, Noone can take them away.

Had some very sad news yesterday, a very good friend of ours died of a heart attack, 40 years old, we are all in total shock, he was a good laugh and would do anything for any one, he was a gentle giant, he done a bit of everything but he did love his ratting.

 

Such a shock to all that knew him and he will be so missed, this picture was taken a couple months back he is the big fella on the far right of the picture .

 

We will miss you stig , you gona leave a big hole, sleep tight .
