:hmm: your neighbor rang the rspca because they heard your ferrets squeal and cry,

do your neighbors have children ,if so next time you hear the kids cry or scream

phone the nspc tell them you herd the kids scream and cry,

my point being ferrets scream and chatter playing but you neighbor

has over reacted,

like wise kids scream and cry playing but am shore if you rang the nspc

they would ask you many questions and tell you that screaming and crying ,

would not not always mean the kids were being miss treated and ask

you to keep them informed, the rspca on the other hand bang on your door at the whim

of a nosy neighbor , should they not no healthy ferrets act in this manner and explain

this to your neighbor, i am in no way trying to compare animals to children , just the power crazed rspca and its over zealous practices against anything to do with fielsports,

Wouldnt let them in on principle.

During the last foot and mouth outbreak found one of their inspectors wandering round my cow yard. Said he was looking for me as someone passing in a train had seen a lame sheep!!!!!

Twat couldnt understand why I was upset with him!!

Took his number and made a complaint in writing to head office.

Never heard anything back of course, but havent been bothered since!

These bloody little jobsworths have no right of entry unless accompanied by police and a warrant.

If everyone told them to f**k off we wouldnt have half so much trouble with them.

Just remember, the people of Devon and Somerset got rid of Ms Ballard as the m.p. of Exmoor becauuse she was a rabid anti. She is now head of the rspca. Nuff said!!

would you let any stranger into your place for a look? i very much doubt it.

i would tell them to feck off, their just charity workers.

Charity Workers that can make your life with animals hell.

Why make them go as far as getting a warrant to only come back with the police!

If it goes that far, then all your doing is placing a marker on your home for the police and RSPCA, then they wont leave you alone thats for sure!

Its so easy to come on a forum and say "f**k them off" "Get a warrant" etc....... and its so very easy for them to obtain a warrant!!

Play the game, YOU will win!!

;)

Absolutely 100 % correct........the trouble is most of the people who find it easy to say " f**k off get a warrant " etc etc have never had to play the game ( and hopefully they will never have to )....and like any game of this nature you cant just stand there ranting it wont work....if your a bank robber your enemy is the police,if your a drug dealer your enemy is the drug squad,if you abuse kids your enemy is the nspcc,if you abuse animals your enemy is the rspca..........now as much as we/you might not think you are abusing animals this is the society we live in and the sooner you realise that the better.....you really think telling them to f**k off will end the saga

Had i just robbed a bank and stashed the dosh under my floorboards id be telling ol bill to f**k off and get a warrant.......if i hadnt done anything id invite them in for 5 minutes and get it over with, you win they lose.........same game different enemy but the tactics remain the same and they are called common sense.

I would let them in however I would film them while they are on your land as they are not there to help you, they are there to find fault with you and as they will no doubt have different ideas on animal husbandry you need to keep yourself covered in case it becomes your word against theirs. No convictions then no publicity and no public money coming in. This does not apply to all of the RSPCA as some are genuinely interested in the welfare of animals, yes it is true some are, however the ones that I am dealing with have left the RSPCA. You could also ask on camera about the RSPCA convictions for perverting the course of justice if that is the case or about leaving seized rattle snakes at someone's home who did not know how to handle them if it did occur of course.?

Ive got nothing to hide myself, but after the experiance i mentioned earlier i dont trust the RSPCA one bit,our local inspector is a compleate arsehole, every year at about this time he's in the local paper saying lads with dogs are going round killing pet rabbits/guinea pigs in peoples gardens,he knows damn well its foxe's with cubs but never loses the chance to slate hunting men.

Last year he said someone had skinned a pet rabbit, they found a skin turned inside out, weve all seen this when cubs fight over the rabbit skins,he scared the owner half to death and blamed men with dogs, there was a number to contact the police with info regarding the "crime" i rang the policewoman involved and offered to prove it was a fox,

[i used to hunt the area and theres a few earths within a couple of hundred yards of the property]she said the inspector was an "expert" and had assured her it was dog men keening their dogs up on pet animals, basically this idiot got his own way,he never lets the truth get in the way of bad publicity for hunters.

If your a bank robber your already a law breaker, if your a drug dealer your already a law breaker.....the people looking for you have the authority to enter your property and interview you ie; drug squad, police

A little bit different to the RSPCA......they can come knocking at your door and you may not already be a law breaker.

The RSPCA come to your property as you probably know, they dont just look for a squeeling ferret they eyescan everything and make mental and written notes.

No one is whiter than driven snow, you might think your squeeky clean........but they dont !

So theres no such thing as " suspected "...anyhow it was simply an example of the game we/you play and who your enemy is....the tactics dont change.

It still doesnt change the fact that spitting snarling and swearing at them IS NOT going to stop them coming back time and time again until they get their way,its their duty to follow complaints through.......you can board your entire property up if you like and have mounted machine gun fire for the next year.....they WILL follow a complaint through to the end......so in my book its easiest to play the game and win quickly than drag it out......but like i said,i think some folk just like the attention.

antg...whether you like it or not, although they are just strangers they DO carry weight.....the nspcc most probably do exactly the same ( not a fair comparison abusing a kid i know )....they WILL follow up on a complaint, its their duty to do so......the more you tell them to f**k off the more they will think theres an abused child/animal waiting behind the door............and who needs the aggravation right ?
