labsnlurchers 39
The V8 wiring loom would need altering a bit, you wou;d be better off building your own wiring loom using what you have. Theres No coil and no distributer but theres a solonoid on the injection that needs a 12 v feed off your iginition switch. have a look at a workshop manual. Failing that you can buy wiring looms ready me=ade for the conversion. amanda
labsnlurchers 39
Something else to remember is the heater plug relay or really heavy duty switch. You are better off with a relay. Relay will have to work off a normal switch, wire from batterie to relay from relayu to the heater plugs. You have to switch it on before starting and then make sure its off while the car is running as it drains the battery quickly. Amanda
gsi2000stokie 5
make sure all the earths are wired up. if you have used the whole loom there should be no problem and its straight forward enough. most conversions that wont start are usually the odd earth thats been missed.
