Never catch me getting flutered Apparently you should drink as much water as you can before you go to sleep, most of the crap feeling when you wake up is dehydration. Then a big fryup Setter x :whistling: oh yea miss innocent i dont get out much pam so when i do i go a bit mad some good replys keep them coming :clapper: i dont think i could of managed a fry this morning or the nookie to much moving around not good for stomach so i had my roast dinner and a few bottles of coke feeling alot better now. I also do this! everytime i've done it, i feel great in the morning but you have to make sure it's not early hours or you either sleep the day away or wake up still feeling ferked Ha your not wrong there mate! Just stick your head under the shower, thats if you can get out of bed lol ! Im pissed now so if i practice what i preach ill be out with the dags early doors......................
