stealthy1 3,964
If you go to the Microsoft Update site you can run a scan, then I think you can download a malware tool to stomp on your worm, worth a try.

Malt 379
You could probably manually uninstall it, but it's a complicated process, and I'm not 100% sure how to do it. I find it best to find out the name of the malware, then google it to find the results. For instance, there was one on my mothers computer called 'Superantispyware' I googled 'Superantispyware removal', and looked at the links that came up until I found a solution that worked. hue jeers 6
I know it sounds a bit non technical but go and buy Norton anti virus, I think it's on offer at the moment at Argos or somewhere. It might cost you £25 but you will be sorted from then.

The worm is trying to send your Credit Card details to a Remote Host. Asking to upgrade security. Saying I have just under 1000 Trojans. I know your get scams doing this, but any help appreciated. Im running Vista Home Premium, using Anti Vir and Malware Bytes, Ive never had a problem before using these, but was taking a :hideingbhindcurtian: at certain sites. What should I do, apart from staying away from them sites. Don't panic!
