strange thing happened?

was out tonight ratting and after my dog caught a rat she gave it the normal bite/shake then set it down and was sick.

 

is the just her excitement or is it more sinister?

I didn't notice that, but I did wondered what Nipper was eating.

Probably just excitement.

What did she sick up? it wasn't just coincidence, she'd been eating grass or such like before hand, or gagging on something.

 

I've seen them fit and be sick after working themselves senseless.

 

Or like you said, excitement.

Jack I'd advise you not to feed your dog just before you take her out working, give her a lighter meal earlier on in the day and then feed her when you get back

Did think i could smell mince, I thought it was the Johnston's pie Nipper had for dinner.
