Im no expert but ive done a few...my method is to get a sharp knife and remove as much meat from the under side of the bone as you can..then give them a dusting with salt around the bone area and leave them somewhere dry and warm for about a month..it's worked for me in the past and im sure it will work for you..

I just cut em off :icon_eek: and threw em on top of the combi boiler and after a few days they were bone dry :notworthy::notworthy: and there was no smell either :boogie:

 

 

 

 

 

Haha class !! I'll give it a go, but if there is a smell in the house im setting my mrs onto you :boxing:
