You could try contacting www.hse.gov.uk They would be able to advise you, all the risk assessment details are on there, if you get stuck give me a pm, i may have some on my works laptop i could send you. It is not an event as such,tickets are sold all year,what my concern is, if anyone has an accident and was to claim off the clubs insurance where would we stand legally if no risk assesment has been done,as we now seem to live in a( where there is blame there is a claim) society.
