they say you cant show any pup with a docked tail where thrs a paying public .. if you cant produce paper work for docking on the day the rspca have 1. the right to take your dog from you .2 .ask you to produce the ness paper within 7 days . if you have no paper work they can prosecute you under cruelty to animals act .. i think show and gamefair organsers could face prosecution aswell .. correct me if i`m wrong anyone but i think thats how it stands .its still a grey area and has far as i`m aware thrs been no test cases yet !!

not heard of anyone being done from a show cant see they`d take the dog off you at a show either but thats within thr rights - dont matter whr you say the dog was from you`ll find you have to produce a cert or the name of the breeder -- like i say grey area i think the only prosecutions have come from breeders who have advertised them as docked .they`d hardly take a family pet :whistling: thats well cared for and looked after because its tails been docked thr after breeders who dont get them done at the vets ..

THE RSPCA CANNOT TAKE YOUR DOG OF YOU AT ANY SHOW there a bloody charity NOT THE LAW if the aspca wanker get s a copper there, all they can do is ask for your name and address the onus is on them to prove the dog is unlawfully docked you don t and shouldnt say anything to them make them do the work if you don t give them the ammo they will find it very hard to shoot you REMEMBER THE RSPCA ARE NOT THE LAW SO THIS WOULD HAVE TO BE A PRIVATE PROSACUTION AND THIS COSTS BIG MONEY your local copper anit going to bother with it its very doudtful if the dog is healthy this would go anywhere

TELL THEM NOTHING THERE ONLY A CHARITY JUST LIKE BANARDOS OR SAVE THE CHILDREN AND YOU DONT GET SHIT OF THOSE DO YOU?

THE RSPCA HAVE NO RIGHT TO ENTER ANY SHOW , THEY HAVE NO POWER OF ARREST , AND CERTAINLY HAVE NO POWERS TO SEIZE ANY ANIMAL WITH OUT A COURT WARRANT AND POLICE ACCOMPANYING THEM ,REFUSE THEM ENTRY , WHAT WILL THEY DO IT TAKES A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET A WARRANT ,

if you havent the papers then its been docked ilegally, weve just had a litter of russells docked at vets and he has to micro chip them before you get the papers it cost us well over £200 for 7 pups but the pups are safe no 1 can take them. we had to show him witten permission before he would dock them

Never thought of it like that... Does anyone know of anyone or who have actually been questioned at a show by RSPCA?
