material for the tubes/runs( pipes of concrete,plastic or slabs,bricks,breeze blocks,chimney blocks the ones with two draws are also very good)

material for the kettle/hall also slabs for the roof.

 

if laying open bottomed i would put wire mesh on the floor(stops them digging further,also rabbits etc won't fill the runs in).

 

a good spade and some ready dry mix cement(seal the gaps and the mice won't cause as much trouble).

 

if you need a drawing i'll try to get a few different systems to show you,some take more work.
