joe woodward 0 Posted April 8, 2009 Author Report Share Posted April 8, 2009 thanks alot lads will trie the bush at the back of the trap, i havnt got a 22 or no any body who has and the shotgun with be a bit loud do you have access to transport?, as if not, how will you humanely dispatch a caught fox at your nans garden, unless you use the above i will take the fox to the farm where it will be shoot. Why set a trap when you do not have the correct equipment to dispatch the fox? That poor thing has been sat in the trap waiting for the inevitable, and now it's got to endure a journey as well. It's just my opinion, but I do think it's wrong to try and trap a species without the necessary experience or equipment to deal with the victim appropriately. Quote Link to post

jakepotjo 3 Posted April 8, 2009 Report Share Posted April 8, 2009 at the end of the day as long as it is humanely dispached what is the problem i for one have a 22 licence and move caged foxes to other ares i user them in to the holding trap then load them in the landy and take some were away from coustomers this in my option dose not do any damadg and it can affend people when you shoot a fox or any animal in ther garden the kid next door could see you takeing a dead fox away up set him they tell ther mum and dad they complain to costomer they say they will not be useing you any more ther for your out of pocet Quote Link to post
