There's a fictional book that 'mentions' him a bit, 'The Sett' by Ranolfe Fiennes (spelling).

 

It seems a real shame to read posts like that one SJM from other sites, with a bloke who comes across a decent sort, being 'forced' into competition against people i'm sure he would be at ease with, by an egotistical spouse.
