i would say so, i used a small 1.5 x 5 x 25 scope on my lamping airgun

in my personal opinion mate yes way to high i have mine set up between 3 and 4 x magnification

You'd need a big lense to get enough light at that mag, but if you have and it's what you're used to, then why not?

I hunt on someones permission he said that i would have to use a lower mag so next time he will lend me one of his rifles, but i would rather use my own rifle don't want to affend him he is a great bloke.
