it is my mate that wants to no it is a cheap thing basic from a fishing shop he payed 30 quid

Those cheap chinese crap are underpowered and inacurate, to try hunting with one at ranges over 10 yards maybe would be unsportsman like and carry the chance of missing/wounding the animal.

To sum it up, please dont bother, for the quarrys sake.

Depends what you mean by cheap mate. The new cheap chinese type of stuff is pretty bad gear,but if you buy something second hand and not too flashy then you can pick up some decent stuff.

 

Ive had a secondhand webley vulcan for about 5 years now,paid 45 quid for it and its shot loads of stuff.

 

Stick a 'wanted' ad on here or on the airgun bbs,im sure someone somewhere will have something decent at a fair price

has the rifel got a push button by breech if so i think its a b2 mate i think they knock out abot 6, 7ft i wouldnt shoot a rabbit over 15 yards with 1

Take it to a gun shop and get it chronographed.

 

If it's doing less than 10ft/lbs then it shouldn't be used on live quarry.

i had a smk - b2 .22 and was firing at 10ft/lbs only paid 20 bar for it off this internet site ! didnt look too good tho lol and was quite a badly built gun was quite loud and was quite capable of killing a rabbit but still wouldnt try at a rabbit over 10 yards because i seen head shots on rabbits at ranges of about 15 yards with 12ft/lbs guns and not killed them ! still usefull to kill birds with tho
