lamp+battery 98
well i no a lad who takes his patterdale terrier bitch lampin and seen run the beam and catch rabbits... Blimey thats the last thing I'd do with a Patterdale, say if it runs off after the quarry and runs down a hole after it, it'd take some finding . he never lost the dog 1s mate she always came back lamp Quote Link to post

TOPPER 1,809
this is what i love about THL all these experts who have probly never seen a proper bedlington never mind own one dishing out all there good advice and why do you think beddies were put into the patterdale s , the nice thing about beddies is they can turn on massive aggesion when they need to but most of the time there very steady dogs and very under rated Quote Link to post

Guest Grummit
that takes the word all rounder to an all new level !!! heard a few stories bout pure beddys lamping surely some one on here has done it Got a border terrier that goes to ground to foxes and retrieves duck and geese from water but no bedlington sorry. Just goes to show that the dog will do its best for you if you get the training right. It might not win any prizes but it depends what you want from your hunting! Quote Link to post

david2363 42
Caught a few Hares? Years ago I had one who was out with the lurchers 4/5 days a week for years. In all that time he caught 1 full grown Hare whilst being tuned by the lurchers. Quote Link to post
