Lurcherlovr 0
I was walking the dogs the other day, and someone stopped me and my new neighbours and started shouting at me as I am walking a whippet which has cropped ears which is animal abuse and illegal, I then said no these ears are natural for him, he has GSD in him, thats why he is as big as he is (he is just a little bit bigger then the average GSD) at this they turned round and said that they use to breed whippits and that he is one, the reason that he is so big is the steriods that I pumping into him, aswell as my other dog Honey apparently I could not believe that I was being shouted at for my Lurcher having pointing up ears, I have only seen one dog with cropped ears, and even I knew that there was a visable difference between a dog with cropped ears and normal ones that stick up. And to make it worse Diesel is protective of me and at this point the person was throwing their arms around and really shouting at me, so Diesel started growling that made things even worse, luckily my new neighbour got involved and after a while the person left saying that they were going to call the RSPCA on me when they get home, which I have no problems with, apart from it being a waste of everyones time!! For those who don't know what Diesel looks like, here is a pic of him. The worse thing is that I couldn't get into a full blown argument with him as the dog is protective, and has attacked a burgular before, if it happened again and in public I don't know what would be done to Diesel. lurchergrrl 1,441
They sound like hysterical morons to me. I love people like that - taking them piss out of them is fun! I'd have said something like .... well I give him steroids because it make 'im look 'ard. And you know I cropped his ears myself with kitchen shears I was going to do his tail as well but I was all out of elastics. Folks like that aren't worth bothering about. So, have fun, and take the mick out of them so you can laugh for days afterwards and make it all worthwhile.

jamie2004live 163
one of my terriers once found an oldd doll and had it in his mouth the ones that cry when there squeesed. quite funny to me and my mates. local busy body thought it was a real baby and thought we were killing a child never even came out the house or said anything just rang the police. had them round my kennells, dangerous dogs and investigating let them out the kennell and nealy licked his face off.. the coppa apolagised and left.. but thats the world we live in idiots

GarryN 5
People around me just think I am weird as I have up to six dogs out at one time, you always get the "they must be a handful" I just can not help replying "fives a handful" and looking at them as if they have lost the plot. The local RSPCA busy body walks past my gate everyday and she heard a fight at a Lunchtime she ranted on about having too many dogs, so I shut her up telling her I would take them to the local hunt and let the huntsman shoot them, she comes no where near me now. We need to just pacify these Plebs and keep ourselves separate from them.....
