Guest remmy
The first of April today and buck season starts in full swing, I got up at 5.30am and went and sat in the high seat for 6.00am it had just started to come light, after 20mins a doe and two kids came out both doe kids and started to fee on the ride to my left, watched them for half an hour and then a young doe with a white ear came out in front of me and started feeding, still no sign of any bucks I waited until 8.00am then went for a wander, I went into a big gully full of gorse bushes I had a good glass about but nothing to be seen, then I sent my pal a tex to see if he had any luck, after putting my phone back into my pocket and having a last glass, there was a buck 60yds in front of me he had just walked out from behind a bush he was feeding away from me , waited until he lifted his hed and then shot him in the atlas joint a good heavy buck weighing 38lb head and legs off, a good start to the buck season.
